Tembrio billing is scoped around product usage and site capabilities, not seat-heavy team management.

Plan shape

Free is for validating the feedback loop. Pro is for teams that need the complete workflow: more capacity, advanced product surfaces, AI features, integrations, widget controls, branding controls, and priority support.

Plan gates should be enforced server-side. Hiding buttons in the UI is not enough.

Step-by-step

    Start free. Use the free plan to confirm the workflow fits your product.

    Upgrade when limits matter. Move to Pro when capacity or advanced surfaces become necessary.

    Review site usage. Use site and board usage, not seat count, as the main billing mental model.

    Contact billing support. Use support for account-specific billing questions.

    Keep gates truthful. Do not show unsupported self-serve controls as if they are active.
