What are the limits on the Free plan?
One site, up to 3 boards, 150 posts, and 750 comments total. The Tembrio branding stays on the portal. Exceeding the post or comment limit requires upgrading to Pro.
What's included in Pro?
Everything Tembrio offers: everything in Free, unlimited sites, boards, posts and comments, custom domain, branding removed, embeddable widget with SSO, GitHub integration, prioritization score, custom fields, impact/effort matrix, all AI features, changelog email broadcasts, advanced analytics, and priority support.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Move between Free and Pro at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes are handled by Dodo Payments.
What payment methods do you accept?
Tembrio uses Dodo Payments, which accepts all major credit cards and works in regions where Stripe is unavailable, including India.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or open source?
Yes. We give 50% off to registered non-profits and free sites to open-source projects — contact us with proof of status.
