Social Media Manager

Run our social accounts and turn what we ship into posts people actually want to read.

What you'll do
  • Write and schedule short posts about new features, roadmaps, and changelogs.
  • Pull customer stories and product updates into a weekly content plan.
  • Watch what lands and drop what doesn't.

Customer Success Associate

Full-timeRemote

Get new customers set up and using their boards, then bring back what they tell you.

What you'll do
  • Walk customers through setup and the early wins that keep them around.
  • Note the feature requests and gaps that come up on calls and in support.
  • Pass clear summaries back to the team so we build the right things.

Content & Community Associate

Contract or full-timeRemote

Write the guides, examples, and launch notes that founders read before they pick a tool.

What you'll do
  • Write practical guides and examples for people running a feedback board.
  • Answer questions and keep community threads moving.
  • Reshape what we already know into newsletters and posts.
