The loop

Collect Prioritize Announce.

Every part of Tembrio exists to move feedback through these three stages. Nothing else.

01 · Collect

Capture feedback in one place.

Customers post ideas on a branded public board, vote on what they want most, and discuss the details in comments.

02 · Prioritize

See what matters at a glance.

Votes rank the board, duplicates get caught on submit, and tags plus search keep everything findable as it grows.

03 · Announce

Close the loop.

Move posts across the roadmap and publish changelog entries — everyone who voted gets an email when it ships.

What's inside

Four things, done well.

Boards & posts

Every feature request, bug, or idea lives as a post on a board your customers can read and vote on.

  • Public or private boards
  • Sort by Most Votes, Newest, or Status
  • Filter by status or tag, with full-text search
  • Post detail with description, votes, status, and comments
  • Duplicate detection surfaces similar posts on submit
  • Internal admin notes, hidden from customers

Voting & comments

Customers sign in and vote or comment without friction, so demand is clear and the conversation stays in one thread.

  • One upvote per customer per post
  • Threaded comments
  • Lightweight customer accounts, separate from admin login
  • Unlimited votes on every plan

Roadmap

A public view of what you're planning, building, and shipping — so customers stop asking “is anyone working on this?”

  • Three columns: Planned, In Progress, Complete
  • Drag to reorder within a column
  • Toggle the roadmap public or private
  • Shareable link for docs, decks, or onboarding

Changelog & updates

Published release notes that close the loop with the customers who asked for each feature.

  • Rich-text entries tagged New, Improved, or Fixed
  • Link posts to an entry — they flip to Complete automatically
  • Every voter on a linked post gets an email
  • Status-change emails keep customers in the loop
Built for

Who Tembrio is for.

Indie hackers & solo founders

Canny bills per tracked user — costs climb before you've found product-market fit.

Free to start, then a flat price with no usage penalties as you grow.

Small SaaS teams

Feedback is scattered across Notion, Slack, and the support inbox, and nothing closes the loop.

One board to collect it all, with automatic emails to voters when their feature ships.

FAQ

Product questions.

Do I pay per seat?

No. Pricing is based on what you use — sites and boards — not seats. Customers who submit, vote, and comment are always unlimited on every plan.

How does duplicate detection work?

When someone submits a post, Tembrio surfaces the most similar existing posts so they can upvote the live thread instead of opening a new one.

What happens to the people who voted when I ship?

Link the completed posts to a changelog entry and publish. The posts flip to Complete and every voter on them gets an email automatically.

Can I keep a board or roadmap private?

Yes. Boards can be public or restricted to signed-in customers, and the roadmap has its own public/private toggle.
