Full notes
01

Public feedback portal

Customers could browse, submit, vote, comment, search, and filter feedback from a branded public board.

  • Public board and post detail pages were added.
  • Submit, vote, unvote, and comment actions became available.
  • Search, status filters, and tag filters improved discovery.
02

Owner dashboard

The dashboard gained the minimum surfaces needed to run the public loop.

  • Dashboard home, board management, feedback list, and new post flow were added.
  • Board detail pages helped owners manage active feedback areas.
  • Site settings covered name, logo, brand color, public board title, and review mode.
03

Portal identity

Customer identity was separated from the owner dashboard so public users could manage their own feedback activity.

  • Portal auth handles customer actions separately from admin login.
  • My Posts gives customers a place to review submitted and voted posts.
  • Public pages apply logo, brand color, portal title, and branded fallbacks.
