Full notes
01

Feedback management

Owners can now work through a post from the dashboard without jumping between loose tools.

  • Post detail supports status, tags, comments, voters, board moves, owner assignment, archive, and delete.
  • Bulk actions and saved filters support higher-volume review without cluttering the default queue.
  • Vote-on-behalf lets owners capture customer signals from calls and support conversations.
02

Prioritization

The product gained a practical first pass at ranking feedback by signal strength and urgency.

  • Priority scoring uses votes, comments, and age.
  • Weights can be adjusted by the owner.
  • The matrix view separates benefit and cost so prioritization is easier to scan.
03

Public submission flow

The customer-facing submit flow now helps people find existing ideas before creating duplicates.

  • Similar-post suggestions appear during submission.
  • Customers can vote on matching requests instead of posting another copy.
  • Board ordering, archiving, visibility, and active-board handling were tightened.
